While we do our best to ensure we have as much stock available as possible, if your item is not in stock it can take up to four weeks to create from the date of purchase as all items are made by hand. We are also more than happy to make most currently stocked items in a different metal or with a different finish. If you need something by a certain date or would like something in a customised style, please email details of your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org.

How do I measure my ring size?
All our rings use Australian sizing, which is an alphabetical range from A-Z. Please email us if you are unsure of your ring size and we can either arrange to size your finger at our Hobart studio, or send a ring-sizing gauge to you with instructions on how to size your finger.
There are many factors that can affect the size of your finger, such as temperature, humidity and exercise. Often, a ring that fits perfectly during the warm summer months can be too big during the colder months, so it’s a good idea to size your finger a couple of times before deciding on your size. Sizing your hand at room temperature should generally give you a size that should be as close to perfect as possible. If your fingers are prone to swelling, or for bands wider than the size gauge (such as the Geometric Ring), it is advisable to go up a size.
We are responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered, however you are responsible for determining your own ring size. If you are having any problems figuring out your ring size feel free to contact us at and we'll do our best to help you.
Caring for your jewellery
Jewellery made from precious metals will wear and tarnish naturally over time, however we recommend that contact with harsh and abrasive materials such as other metals, concrete, bleach, chlorine or salt water be avoided to prevent uneccessary damage. To avoid damage it is important to remove all jewellery whilst swimming, at the gym, gardening or performing other manual labour as it can misshape or damage the surface of the piece. Sterling silver is best cleaned using a silver cleaning cloth or solution.
When storing your jewellery, always make sure that items are stored separately to avoid scratching and tangling. Remember to check all necklace clasps are strong and secure before wearing your piece. If in doubt, please contact us to arrange for the clasp to be repaired.
If you are unsure as how to best clean your Paige Fountain jewellery, or if you think that it needs to be repaired or refinished, please don’t hesitate to ask us.
Caring for pearls
Pearls are soft and porous and very delicate. Always remember to put your pearls on last, after your perfume and cosmetics, as exposure to these products, along with perspiration and dirt, will age your pearls. Pearls can get knocked more often when worn on the hand and therefore may also become loose in their settings. We do not recommend polishing our pearl jewellery with polishing cloths that have been treated with cleaning or polishing agents. It is important not to leave pearl jewellery immersed in water, such as in showers, pools or while cleaning. If necessary use a slightly damp cloth to wipe pearl jewellery clean and dry with a soft untreated cleaning cloth. Store your pearl jewellery wrapped in a soft cloth to protect it from rubbing against harder gems, metal or abrasive objects.
Caring for oxidised silver pieces
Oxidised or blackened silver has been given a surface treatment, which should not be cleaned with a silver dip, as this will remove the treatment. This finish is designed to fade and wear over time. The speed with which the finish will fade is determined by lifestyle. If appropriate, you can arrange to have some pieces re-oxidised for a small fee. Please contact us if you would like us to arrange this service for you.
